Hotel shuttle is an additional service that can be added on.

Is there a charge for bringing own alcoholic beverages on board?
Corkage and Service fee is applied for bringing your own beverages on board.
Life Jackets and safety equipment are mandatory and provided for all guests on board.

You’re welcome to make a reservation as early as you wish. For a simple bareboat charter with minimal additional services, we kindly request at least 3 days’ advance notice. For more customized programs or arrangements, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to allow adequate time for preparation. All bookings are subject to the boat’s availability, so we encourage early inquiries to secure your preferred date.

June Bahtra is a traditional wooden boat with steps and narrow walkways, which may not be suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility. While we welcome seniors, we recommend that guests are comfortable with walking and boarding the boat using stairs. Please feel free to contact us if you have specific needs, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Full pre-payment is required for all bookings.


Deposit and Payment Policy:

For bookings made 45 days or more before the service date: A 25% deposit is required within 7

days of booking confirmation to secure the reservation.

30 days prior to the service date: An additional 25% deposit is required.

14 days prior to the service date: The remaining balance must be paid in full.

For any cancellations of confirmed charter or group bookings:
Less than 21 days prior to the service date: A 50% penalty of the contract rate will apply.
Less than 14 days prior to the service date: A 75% penalty of the contract rate will apply.
Less than 7 days prior to the service date: A 100% penalty of the contract rate will apply.
June Bahtra is docked at Phuket Yacht Haven Marina, located at 141/2 Moo 2, Mai Khao, Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand. The marina is situated on the northeast coast of Phuket Island.

Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Swimming can be included in the June Bahtra Cruise itinerary, depending on the chosen route. Some programs include stops at islands where beach swimming is possible, while others offer swimming directly from the boat. However, the water conditions in Phang Nga Bay are not ideal for snorkeling due to limited visibility. Snorkeling is better suited to other areas around Phuket with clearer waters.

Yes, shore excursions are available depending on the cruise route you choose. Some programs include visits to islands such as Panyi Island or Baan Sam Chong Nuae Fisherman Village, where you can go ashore and explore local life. Let us know your interests, and we’ll help plan a route that includes a suitable stop.

Yes, in case of emergency, our cruise manager is on standby at all times and will coordinate directly with the captain to assist and resolve the situation promptly. Your safety is our top priority throughout the cruise.

All passengers on board June Bahtra are covered by accident insurance for the duration of the trip.
If the weather is unsafe, we’ll offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Drone flying may be allowed in certain areas with prior approval, depending on local regulations and weather conditions. Please contact us in advance to discuss.

The June Bahtra Cruise does not include a professional photographer as part of its standard offerings. However, guests are encouraged to bring their own cameras or smartphones to capture the scenic beauty of Phang Nga Bay. If you would like to have a professional photographer onboard, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of arranging this service for your cruise. Photos taken during the cruise must be for personal use only and not for any commercial purpose.
